Z-kai Learning Lab STEM Courses are uniquely designed to acquire the 21st century core skills and cross-curricular knowledge. We provide exciting experiences to enhance intellectual curiosity with our latest STEM curriculum that develop critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Mathematics The Japanese Way
(For Grades 1-5)
“Learn mathematics, the Japanese way”
Mathematics The Japanese Way Course is tailored to develop students’ mathematical thinking, problem solving and explanation skills that are necessary for their future success in STEM. This course is based on our successful and proven math contents that challenge students to apply mathematical concepts. It develops deeper understanding of mathematics and gets them prepared for algebra and geometry in middle school.

Z-kai’s Workbook “Zoom-Up Math” Series (Grades 1-5) Wins the National Parenting Product Awards!

Coding(Age 11+)
“Design and make ideas happen”
Foundation for data science, web app, game development. Learn Python Coding skills in cross-curricular environment.

Robotics Basic (Age 6+)
“Playful learning with LEGO® Education WeDo 2.0”
Z-kai’s original curriculum with LEGO® Education WeDo 2.0 gives exciting, fun and inspirational learning experiences by assembling and building own creations. They acquire creativity, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.

Robotics STEAM(Age 9+)
“Cutting-edge STEM curriculum, LEGO® Education SPIKE™ Prime”
LEGO® Education SPIKE™ Prime is the most recent and exciting addition to STEM field. Students will be excited to experience assembling, coding and engineering through the Latest STEM curriculum. They acquire creativity, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.

Robotics Advanced (Age 11+)
“Build robots and show ideas with LEGO® Education Mindstorms® EV3”
Students develop mathematical and engineering process while controlling multiple motors and sensors in Z-kai’s curriculum with LEGO® Education Mindstorms® EV3. Students learn multiple approaches to solve problems and to make their ideas real.

STEM & Literacy (Age 5+)
“Read and Create”
Reading books carefully and creating own stories with our uniquely crafted STEM materials help students improve their literacy, critical thinking and problem solving skills. Students will develop both literacy and interests in STEM topics.

Scratch Special (Age 6+)
“Creative learning cycles with cross-curricular knowledge”
Students learn basic programming concepts while they play with Scratch programming language, by creating own stories, games and music. Through Scratch programming projects and other exciting cross-curricular activities, they relate programming to the real world and enhance creative thinking in our creative learning cycles.

Once the registration process is completed, we’ll send you PayPal invoice by e-mail and documents about attendance for your courses. When you visit Z-kai Learning Lab for the first time, we’ll ask you to fill the Student Information Form to attend the course.
*If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still make a payment by using your credit cards or debit cards on PayPal website. We’ll also take personal checks, if you prefer.

Important Notice and Policy
- The child care services being offered by Z-kai USA Inc. are licensed by the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC).
System for Attendance
- We will record each child’s arrival and departure time in a check-in sheet every time children check in and we confirm attendance hours per day and attendance days per month are not exceeding the regulatory limit for each child at the check-in.
